Luongo Barbecue was born from faith, family, and a passion for authentic Texas barbecue. After years in Texas perfecting the craft of slow-smoked BBQ, Chuck and Mollie Luongo felt called to bring a true taste of Texas to Central Pennsylvania.

What started as cooking for friends and coworkers grew into a catering business and, through God’s provision, eventually found a home in the historic lamp-post in Middletown.

From our family to yours-every brisket, rack of ribs, homemade side, cobbler, and pie is prepared with care, hospitality, and a commitment to great food and community.
